Applicants' privacy notice
This explains what happens to your details when you apply for a job with us, or send us your CV.
Who we are
Envirisk Ltd., company number 12884536, Fusion at Magna, Magna Way, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S60 1FE. You can reach us at office@envirisk.co.uk or on 0114 551 5599.
What we keep
- What you type into the application form: your name, email address, phone number, whether you have the right to work in the UK, whether you hold a full UK driving licence, and your message.
- The CV you attach.
- The job you applied for, and how you found our website (for example a search engine or an advert).
- Our own notes on your application, and where it is up to.
Why we keep it
To consider you for the job you applied for, or for jobs that come up later if you sent your CV without a particular job in mind, and to contact you about it. We do this because you have asked us to consider you for work, and because recruiting staff is a normal part of running our business.
Who sees it
Only the people at Envirisk who handle recruitment. Your details and CV are stored securely, in London, by the company that hosts our website. When you apply, we are sent an email alert with your name, contact details and the job; your CV stays in our secure system. We don't sell your details or pass them to recruitment agencies.
How long we keep it
Up to six months after the job closes. If you sent your CV without applying for a particular job, up to six months from when you sent it. After that it is deleted automatically. We may delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted sooner: email office@envirisk.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
