What is the LCA?
The Legionella Control Association (LCA) is a voluntary, independent, not-for-profit organisation for companies that provide legionella control services and products. Its aim is to keep water systems safe and reduce the risk of Legionnaires' disease from poorly maintained systems.
LCA members agree to follow the LCA Code of Conduct and its standards for delivering services. The LCA reviews and audits a company before it becomes a member, then audits it again every year.
